Description
We are offering an opportunity for an Android Developer in the manufacturing industry. The position is located in Ravenna, Ohio, and offers a remote working environment. The role is a short-term contract, focusing on transitioning a physical inventory app from Windows to SQL.
Responsibilities:
Fixing and updating the physical inventory app from Windows to SQL
Working remotely to ensure the project is completed efficiently
Utilizing skills in Android Development, Android SDK, and Android Studio
Using Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking
Implementing AB Testing and API Development for app optimization
Debugging the application to ensure its smooth running
Applying design principles and framework for app aesthetics
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL.
Requirements
Proficiency in Android Development, with a strong understanding of Android SDK
Experience using Android Studio for application development
Ability to use Atlassian Jira for project management and issue tracking
Familiarity with Bug Tracking for maintaining software quality
Experience in AB Testing to optimize app performance
Knowledge of API Development for creating robust, scalable systems
Ability to debug applications to identify and fix errors efficiently
Strong design skills to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
Knowledge of various Android Frameworks to enhance application functionality
Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for managing and manipulating database systems.
