We are offering an employment opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Supervisor/Manager in Woodland Hills, California. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing the credit and collections process, leading a team member, and reviewing existing credit and collections policies and procedures to make enhancements & improvements. The role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster strong working relationships internally and with clients.Responsibilities:• Oversee credit and collections processing for the US• Develop and execute policies and procedures related to credit and collections• Onboard new customers and maintain creditworthiness of existing customers• Ensure timely collections of per contract terms and improve the collections process• Manage cash applications in the ERP system (Great Plains)• Build internal control documentation including workflows and narratives• Supervise one existing support staff• Utilize various Accounting Software Systems and ERP Solutions• Handle Accounting Functions and Billing Functions• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Collection Processes.
