In this role you will be responsible for leading the Accounts Receivables team with a focus on Key Accounts and deduction management. Job Responsibilities:Lead and oversee the deductions process, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of customer discrepancies and deductions.Investigate and analyze various types of deductions, such as pricing discrepancies, shortages, returns, and other billing issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and logistics, to gather necessary information and documentation for deduction resolution.Manage and mentor a team of Accounts Receivable specialists focused on deductions.Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their skills and ensure consistent performance.Conduct regular performance reviews and set performance goals for the team.Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance the deductions resolution process.Implement best practices and standard operating procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.Collaborate with IT and other relevant departments to enhance system capabilities for deductions tracking and reporting.Maintain open communication channels with internal stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to address customer inquiries and provide insights for preventing future deductions.Collaborate with external customers to communicate resolution details and establish proactive measures.Generate regular reports on deductions status, trends, and key performance indicators.Analyze deduction data to identify root causes and implement preventive measures.Present findings and recommendations to management for continuous improvement.
