As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's accounts receivable function. You will be responsible for accurately processing and reconciling customer payments, resolving billing discrepancies, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:Generate and send out customer invoices accurately and in a timely mannerProcess incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic transfersReconcile customer accounts and resolve any billing discrepancies or disputesMonitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on past due invoicesWork closely with the sales team to address customer inquiries and resolve payment issuesPrepare and analyze accounts receivable reports for management reviewAssist with month-end closing procedures related to accounts receivableMaintain accurate records and documentation of customer transactions
