Great company seeking an Accounting Manager on a Direct hire basis. Best candidate for this role must have prior Supervisory skills to be able to train, manage and develop a team of 3 staff member. Duties are: • Preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations • Maintaining the general ledger system • Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements; assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable • Researching accounting issues for compliance with generally accepted accounting principles• Coordinating the budget process • Hiring, training and supervising accounting staff***100% onsiteMust speak and clearly communicate in both Spanish and English.
