We are looking for an accomplished Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in West Palm Beach, Florida. This role will oversee the accounting operations, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury. Furthermore, you will be working closely with various teams to ensure smooth financial operations.Responsibilities:• Supervise and participate in accounting tasks, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, and General Ledger functions.• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP, federal, state, and local legal requirements in managing accounting policies, procedures, and controls.• Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, delegating tasks as needed.• Manage relationships and deliverables of accounting/finance vendors.• Support the financial close process to ensure accurate and timely delivery of results.• Prepare and review General Ledger journal entries and reconciliations.• Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and controls to streamline operations and mitigate risk.• Administer NetSuite ERP including chart of accounts.• Manage tax agency setup and administration.• Support the optimization of working capital and cash flow reporting.• Assist in annual Group audit as required.
