Robert Half is Hiring an Accounting Manager/Office Manager Near Broomfield, CO

Robert Half has partnered with a subcontractor in Broomfield in search of an Accounting Manager/Office Manager! The Accounting Manager/Office Manager position is paying $70,000-$85,000!

The Accounting Manager/Office Manager will be responsible for the following:

  • Ensure the accounting system is maintained in an accurate and up to date manner and that all financial activities of the company are properly recorded.
  • Manage and maintain QuickBooks accounting software. A/P, A/R, Inventory, Payroll, Job costing, Purchase orders, Sales orders, Expense & income reports generation and management.
  • This position is to assist our CPA by directing, administering, and controlling the financial activities of the company.
  • This position will also encompass human resource needs which includes helping to recruit, set up interviews, filing of hiring documents of new staff, keeping safety and company policy procedures up to date, amongst other “HR” duties.

Requirements for the Accounting Manager/Office Manager include:

  • 4 years of accounting experience
  • Construction/job cost accounting experience
  • QuickBooks experience
  • Office management/office administrative experience is nice to have, but not required
