It operates with a strong code of ethics at the heart of its endeavors, believing that the collective energy of a diverse team drives its innovative ideas and solutions. Responsibilities include:Conduct investment vehicle cash analysis.Approve payables and expenditure workflow.Address internal and external inquiries promptly.Consolidate and reconcile investment accounts.Oversee monthly report preparation.Manage month-end journal entries and balance sheet reconciliation.Supervise third-party accounting groups.Lead quarter-end close process and prepare financial statements.Coordinate investor reporting packages.Handle REIT maintenance tasks, if applicable.Maintain partner capital accounts.Prepare financial packages for auditors and tax accountants.Assist in accounting analysis for acquisitions and dispositions.Engage in investor relations and communications.Interpret legal agreements.Maintain professionalism and responsiveness.Perform other assigned duties positively.
