The projects they engage in are sustainable with a mission to revitalize communities.They have never lost money on an investment. They are hiring for the family office for a few of the company's principals. The position will oversee financial reporting, treasury, bill pay, estate planning, tax compliance, property management and development, and philanthropy for the family. Responsibilities:Aid the Principals in various accounting-related and financial reporting duties.Manage the general ledgers and journal entries for Individuals, Trusts, Special Purpose Vehicles, and Investment Partnerships.Process all payments and oversee bank account balances.Collaborate with banking partners to fulfill loan requirements and provide necessary documentation for lending services.Reconcile monthly bank/brokerage statements, including downloading and organizing online bank statements and tax documents.Handle payments and monitor compliance with government tax filings.Assist in compiling year-end tax workpapers and supporting schedules for external tax teams.Maintain and reconcile various other schedules.Undertake special projects, ad-hoc tasks, and administrative functions as required.
