This role is focused on maintaining and processing accounting transactions, specifically in the areas of accounts payable and receivable. This role operates within a detail oriented workplace in the telecom industry. Responsibilities: • Checking, verifying, and processing invoices with a high level of accuracy • Preparing payments for signature and ensuring they are ready for approval • Sorting, coding, and entering data related to accounts payable • Analyzing discrepancies and unpaid invoices, taking necessary steps to rectify them • Preparing and submitting customer invoices while ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Coding, posting, and receipting payments in a systematic manner • Utilizing various software like Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, SAP for data entry and invoice processing • Performing account reconciliation and bank reconciliations periodically • Collaborating with other team members to achieve efficient billing and payment processing • Continually updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
