This role presents an opportunity for a short term contract employment.Responsibilities:• Assist with accounts receivable tasks and maintain accurate records • Utilize Microsoft Excel for various administrative and accounting tasks• Manage payroll for a sizeable number of employees, ranging from 101 to 500• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner• Collaborate with the wider team to ensure smooth daily operations in the accounting department• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to financial compliance standards.
