Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Account Supervisor with a background in agency work, particularly with real estate clients, to join our team. As an Account Supervisor, you will lead a portfolio of real estate clients, acting as the primary point of contact between the clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a portfolio of real estate clients, managing their strategic marketing efforts.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams (brand, digital, creative, etc.) to ensure successful campaign execution.
- Translate client goals and vision into actionable strategies for internal teams.
- Ensure projects are on track and meeting client expectations.
- Grow accounts by identifying new service opportunities and discussing them with clients.
- Lead and mentor a small team, working closely with other internal teams to achieve client goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in account management, in an agency setting.
- Experience working with real estate clients or in real estate marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to meet client objectives.
- Proven track record of growing accounts and fostering client relationships.
