The ideal Litigation Attorney candidate will have at least one full year of California civil litigation experience as a licensed attorney. Once hired, the Litigation Attorney will handle litigation matters from inception through final resolution, managing her/his own caseload. Target billables are 1800 per year.Duties will include but are not limited to independently handling court appearances, taking and defending depositions, discovery, legal research and analysis, and law and motion.
