JOB REQUISITION HR Compliance Specialist (Contract Talent) LOCATION SAN RAMON JOB DESCRIPTION Robert Half is seeking a HR Compliance Specialist to join the HR Compliance Operations and HR Background Checks and Records teams to assist with project work. This position will help our team with project work, primarily around employee recordkeeping. Specific duties will include preparing files for upload into our electronic employee file system, reviewing and auditing electronic records for accuracy and reclassifying/renaming files as required. May also assist with other HR Compliance duties and projects as skills and bandwidth allow. Qualifications: High School diploma required. Prior experience in confidential work. HR background helpful. General knowledge of MS Office. Able to work independently with sensitive data in repetitive tasks with strong attention to detail essential. Able to work on a computer for extended periods of time.
