Requirements:

Litigation Paralegal 3-7 years of current commercial/business litigation experience.

Legal Reach experience, pull dockets, court filings, etc.

Use of Salesforce for pipeline documents, NDA's, DocuSign.

Prepare meeting agendas, and attend meetings.

Confident understanding of underwriting process and procedures.

Experience with PACER, Bloomberg Law, Lexis and Redlining skills.

Expertise in Microsoft Office Outlook.

Team Player with excellent and effective interpersonal skills who will work hard to gain the trust of colleagues.
