If you think you are a good fit for such environment and can bring a positive value to our Team, then you should apply for our Barista position at Robeks Smoothies and Juices in City National Plaza Food Court (underground) located at 5th & Flower St in Financial District of DTLA.

If you have a previous barista experience - great! If you don't have any experience, don't worry - we will provide PAID training. We will teach you how to use the POS (register), to make juices, smoothies and everything else on the menu, to prep the food and to keep the store clean.

The ideal candidate for this position can work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and help the customers in friendly manner
• Be a respectful and helpful Team Member
• Operate the POS. Be responsible and accountable for the assigned money drawer
• Understand and communicate all store promotions to the customers
• Comply with and enforce all safety policies and procedures
• Maintain work area in a neat and organized manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• No previous experience is needed but is a plus.
• Good communication skills, verbal and written (English is a must).
• Some math skills, including basic computations (add, subtract, multiply, divide).
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.
