The Client Services Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. This position is responsible for proactively engaging with clients to ensure that they think of the Company as their go-to option for restoration, construction, and roofing needs. The Client Services Specialist will also actively monitor and communicate potential risks to clients' properties or staff and assist in onboarding new clients.
Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Building
    • Proactively reach out to existing clients to nurture and strengthen relationships
    • Regularly remind clients of the Company's services and capabilities
    • Position the Company as the preferred choice for restoration, construction, and roofing needs
    • Listen to clients' concerns and feedback, ensuring their needs are met
    • Provide industry-specific and relevant information to benefit clients' businesses
Risk Assessment:
    • Utilize internal software and external sources to identify potential risks to client properties or staff
    • Communicate identified risks to clients and provide recommendations for mitigation
Onboarding New Clients:
    • Contact new clients to introduce them to the Company's services
    • Share login information for our software platform
    • Gather detailed information about client contacts and property layouts
Sales Growth:
    • Work towards acquiring new contract opportunities
    • Collaborate with the Director of Inside Sales to identify potential leads and strategies for sales growth
    • Drive sales growth by fostering relationships with both existing and new clients
RFP Process:
    • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of Request for Proposals (RFPs) and other sales documents
    • Ensure timely submission of completed RFPs
Contract Process:
    • Support the sales team in the contract negotiation and execution process
    • Maintain accurate records of contracts and associated documentation
Sales Team Training:
    • Serve as a training resource for the sales team, providing guidance on internal processes and systems
    • Assist in the development of training materials and resources
Additional Responsibilities:
    • Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing reports
    • Conduct market research to support sales strategies and initiatives
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Qualifications:
    • Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role, preferably in the construction or restoration industry
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to work proactively and independently
    • Proficiency in using software tools and resources for research and communication
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is a plus
$50,000 - $50,000 a year
