Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with inquiries, requests, and concerns via phone, email, or in person
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding services and due dates
- Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Maintain client records/financials and update information as necessary
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless experience
- Follow up with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any additional needs
- Conduct sales transactions and process payments accurately
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations and provide effective solutions
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
