- Strong attention to detail.
- Perform lawn care and maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
- Plant and maintain gardens, flower beds and other landscape features.
- Able to withstand exposure to outside weather conditions: humidity, rain, and hot temperatures.
- Able to follow instruction and work well independently or as a part of a team.
- Must be professional in appearance and actions.
- Must be able to work with landscaping hand tools and gas-powered equipment properly, efficiently, and safely.
- Understands and adheres to company and safety policies and proper lifting techniques.
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts with occasional weekends required.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Driver’s License (Preferred)
- General knowledge of landscape maintenance.
- Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
- Ability to operate various equipment.
