Summary: The purpose of this position is to manage the daily sorting, processing, and distribution of data recorded from the alcohol monitoring devices and associated data management system to Monitoring Authorities in accordance with applicable requirements for assigned jurisdictions. Acquiring customer service mindsets, are key for success in this role. The CRS I will report to the Compliance Supervisor. The CRS I will also work on projects/matters of limited difficulty in a support role.
