Road Warriors Logistix LLC, is seeking reliable and energetic individuals who are looking to join our dynamic team as a Last Mile Delivery Driver, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery and installation of furniture and appliances to our valued customers. In this role, you will work five days a week, from 6:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M., delivering furniture and appliances to consumers as well as possible installation. You will drive in a 26ft box truck, making up to 10 stops a day with a maximum of two appliances per stop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the driver's installation assistant to execute deliveries and installations of furniture and appliances to customers, utilizing proficiency in the operation of shoulder dollies and the installation of various appliances, including washer dryers, stoves, refrigerators, and more.
• Navigate delivery routes proficiently using a 26ft box truck, averaging approximately 10 stops per day, drawing upon your experience in safely operating similar vehicles.
• Perform heavy lifting duties, including the movement of appliances and furniture from the dock to the truck and into customers' homes, ensuring utmost care and efficiency throughout the process.
• Adhere meticulously to safety protocols and procedures to safeguard the well-being of both yourself and others.

Experience:

• Experience with heavy lifting tasks, displaying comfort and competence in moving appliances and furniture safely and efficiently to residence.
• Proficiency in operating tools and power tools necessary for installation purposes, displaying competence in technical skills and expertise in equipment operations.
• Previous experience operating a box truck or in a similar role, demonstrating proficiency and expertise in equipment delivery.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 3 years, ensuring eligibility for operating company vehicles.
• CDL is highly recommended; however, not required.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies, demonstrating a growth mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $500.00 - $625.00 per week

Day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
