Road Warrior Mobile Fleet Service is looking to hire a Technician assistant who will work and learn alongside our equipment manager repairing company vehicles and equipment. We're hoping to find someone we can mold into a true Road Warrior.

The ideal candidate must be punctual, motivated, and willing to learn and develop their skills. Must also be detail-oriented, honest, and carry out tasks safely and professionally. The Technician assistant’s primary function will be to assist in repairs, keep shop clean and orderly and pick up and deliver parts safely and promptly to the maintenance shops. We are looking for someone willing to work hard and doesn't mind getting dirty.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Assist in repairs of company vehicles and equipment.

• Maintain cleanliness of our repair shop.
• Operate company and customer’s vehicles.
• Pick up and deliver parts and supplies from vendors and between Road Warrior locations.
• Assist in keeping the maintenance yard in order and clean.
• Document work performed on checklist and turn paperwork/receipts into management daily.
• Assist coworkers when needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must have clean MVR.
• Ability to lift 50lbs
• Minimum of 1 year Mechanical/Automotive experience

Trade school preferred and highly considered but is not required

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $15.00- $23.00 per hour
