Job Summary:

We are seeking educated and driven individuals looking to get a jump start on their career. The right person for us will be a team-oriented individual passionate about growth and ready to contribute to our company’s success at both our Muncie and Indianapolis locations. (Compensation for travel expenses shall be included in salary package when/if needed.) This role will involve leading and assisting employees in every department of our business. Having an upbeat and positive attitude and the ability identify problems with implementation of a path to solutions is paramount to success for this position. Leaders at Road Warrior are responsible for overseeing company operations and jumping in wherever they are needed to help. Meeting profit, sales, and growth goals is everyone’s responsibility, but this begins with our company’s leaders!

Duties/Responsibilities:

§ Support the company and team as a whole

§ Answer phone calls, coordinate and assist with afterhours/weekend calls and call schedules

Education and Experience:

§ Bachelor's degree required.

§ Preferred degree in Accounting, Business, HR, Entrepreneurship, Management, Marketing, etc.

Physical Requirements:

§ Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

§ Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.

§ Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

§ Must be able to drive a motor vehicle

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (*mainly)
• Full Time Position
• Some remote work may be required nights/weekends

• *Bonuses at Road Warrior are EARNED not GIVEN. To qualify for bonus pay in addition to your base salary goals based on company net profit and shop productivity MUST be met.
