Responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages from warehouse to destination. Load shipments into delivery vehicle individually

Responsibilities :

• Perform frequent lifting of packages (up to 70 pounds)
• Inspect delivery vehicle for defects and safe operating condition before, during, and after trips and submit a Vehicle Condition Report (VCR) on the condition of the vehicle at the end of each shift
• Safely operate and navigate a GVWR 10,000 lbs or less delivery van for up to 10 hours, making 150 stops per shift, in all weather conditions
• Perform all steps to a successful delivery so that Road Runner Delivery is able to keep its promise to customers (100% on time service and delivery)
• Perform all duties in a manner that promotes superior customer service and professionalism

Qualifications :

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must be able to work weekends
• Valid Driver's License with fewer than 2 accidents / tickets / infractions in last 3 years
• Ability to satisfactorily pass a pre-employment 4-Panel Drug Test (Opiates, PCP, Cocaine, and Amphetamines) and Background Check
