Established clinical laboratory seeking intelligent, reliable, and self-motivated team members. We are looking for individuals who excel at prioritizing, organizational ability, and possess excellent communication skills. Currently, we have openings for dispatcher/customer service rep.

Duties:

-Create daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for phlebotomists based on patient needs, staffing availability, and laboratory workload.

-Communicate schedule changes, updates, and assignments to phlebotomists in a clear and timely manner.

- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally

- Assist staff with transportation planning and logistics needs

- Coordinate with drivers and phlebotomists to ensure timely delivery of goods

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and maintain accurate information in the system

- Use GPS and other tools to monitor fleet movements and provide real-time updates to customers

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns raised by customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior experience in dispatching, scheduling, or similar roles preferred.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory procedures is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Willingness to adhere to confidentiality and privacy regulations related to patient information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
