Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Patient Services Representative to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in medical administration and exceptional customer service skills.

Duties:

- Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule patient appointments accurately using medical scheduling software
- Maintain patient records and update information as needed
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel
- Provide administrative support to medical staff as required

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Medical Receptionist or in a similar role
- Familiarity with medical software such as Eaglesoft, eClinicalWorks, or Epic
- Strong understanding of patient service principles and front desk procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of dental or medical office procedures is a plus
