Weekly Gross: $ 3,500 (based on 40 hours)

Weekly gross $ 4,400 (Based on 48 hours)

Misc. and I E : $ 580(non-tax weekly)

Lodging : $ 1000 per week

Hourly: $ 48/hour

OT Rate: $ 90/hour (after 40 hours)
