• Number of Staff
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift (example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters)
  • Night Shift -
• Patient Ratios Med Surg 5:1 or 6:1; Med Tele 5:1; IMC 4:1
• Type of equipment -
• EMR - Epic

• Intermediate Care / Specialty care

• General Surgery, Orthopedic surgery, Cardiac surgery depending on the unit

• BLS
• ACLS on IMC and MedTele units

• Housewide except intensive care, procedural areas, and ER.
