A delivery coordinator provides customer service and training to clients who have purchased products from a company. As a delivery coordinator, your job duties are to check orders for accuracy, process them, and ensure the timely delivery of products. 

Responsibilities:

•Works with the business office to ensure the customer has a complete and proper delivery.

•Works with dealership departments and outside vendors to handle any installations that are necessary.

•Ensures all customers received a comprehensive explanation of the factory/dealer warranties.

•Ensures all customers have completed delivery check sheet and are completely satisfied.

•Works with the reconditioning department to ensure every delivery is properly cleaned and ready on time.

•Verifies that all sales documentation and related paperwork has been correctly and fully completed.

•Coordinates delivery of vehicles to customers, providing tour of dealership facilities and introducing customer to appropriate dealership personnel including service manager or available service advisor.

•Supervises delivery preparation of all sold vehicles ensuring that purchased options have been properly installed and that all features are fully operational
