RMGS Inc is Hiring a Digital Communication Specialist Near Virginia, VA
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create organic content on a regular schedule in accordance with NAVSPECWARCEN strategy and suggest creative ideas for organic content.
- Write and upload captions and posts, assist with podcast production, use site tools to create graphics, polls, calculators, quizzes and assessments, and other content.
- Collect analytics with organic social media channel tools and analyze audience with assistance of media monitoring analysis tool.
- Create at least three (3) pieces of original textual/graphic content for weekly social media distribution.
- Upload additional content as directed, including videos created by PAO staff and contractor Videographer, and content from approved sources.
- Provide audio transcription service up to twice a month to support Government podcast.
- Monitor and engage with visitors/followers/subscribers daily during work hours in accordance with guidance and policies provided by Government.
- Provide social media analytics and media monitoring on a weekly, quarterly, and annual basis commencing with the beginning of the Contract Year.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of industry experience performing the General duties described and/or similar digital management, strategy, and execution in the private or public sector.
- Have a secret security clearance or the ability to obtain.
