Must be willing to complete all required formal and information training for this position within a specified length of time. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: At least 1 year experience as a fully-qualified Foundry 3. Must be able to demonstrate proficiency (according to quality and safety standards) in all established melt/mold job tasks, Must be willing to learn new job tasks. Forklift experience, certification required. Other Skills and Abilities: Excellent interpersonal skills, computer proficiency, good verbal, reading and writing skills. Must be willing to work any shift in any production area (cross training in other departments is required). Energetic "can do" attitude. Other Qualifications: Excellent attendance and disciplinary record. |
