This position will also integrate with some HR responsibilities including input into human resource policies, such as maintaining required employee data and administering payroll benefits. Duties:

- Maintain Financial Records in QuickBooks

- Preparing General Ledger Entries and Account Re

- Assisting in Compilation of Monthly Financials and Budget Analysis

- Managing Billings, Collections, and Accounts Payable

- Reconciliation of Banking Transactions

- Creation of Ad-Hoc Financial Reports as Requested

Requirements:

- Associate's Degree in Accounting and/or 2 Years of Accounting Experience

- Strong knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

- Proficiency in software, such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Excel

- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills

- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
