Job Description:

Are you a passionate educator with a knack for inspiring young minds? Our family is seeking a dedicated and experienced teacher to provide private tutoring for our 4-6 year-old child. This unique opportunity involves one-on-one sessions, with the possibility of small group sessions accommodating up to three children per class.

Responsibilities:

• Develop personalized lesson plans tailored to the individual learning needs and interests of the child.

• Create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment conducive to growth and exploration.

• Employ innovative teaching strategies and resources to make learning enjoyable and effective.

• Collaborate with parents to establish educational goals and provide regular progress updates.

• Assess the child's development and adjust teaching methods accordingly to ensure optimal learning outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field.

• Previous experience working with preschool or early elementary-aged children.

• Solid understanding of child development principles and effective teaching methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Patient, creative, and adaptable teaching approach.

• Ability to work independently and tailor instruction to meet the child's individual needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in Early Childhood Education or related field.

• Prior experience in private tutoring or homeschooling settings.

• Familiarity with child-centered educational philosophies such as Montessori or Waldorf.
