Well established and growing company looking for an office assistant.

Ideal candidate will have prior office experience, be a team player and have knowledge of the following software:

Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop)

Quickbooks

Word

Excel

We use outside sources for website building/hosting but you must have ability to be the inside contact person for development, maintenance, etc.

Position involves answering phones, taking customers orders, updating product on our websites, data entry, magazine publishing, handling social media accounts, etc. Some travel to trade shows may be required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
