PURPOSE OF JOB: The primary role of this position is to serve as a back-up to the Operations Manager, ensuring the success of the Manufacturing Productions Process surrounding; Staffing, Training, Employee Development, Safety and that targeted metrics for quality standards and production efficiencies are met. This role will also focus heavily on developing and improving manufacturing processes. by studying product and manufacturing methods.
