This Manufacturing Engineer role is responsible for coordinating the deployment of a lean-based production system throughout NA (North America) and direct improvements to the sites supported. This is done by collaboratively identifying best practices (regional, global) to create a production system “playbook”, developing a launch plan for sites, and training on, and executing that plan. This individual assists resources throughout the site, region, and globe to ensure that the production system is effectively deployed to drive site and organizational KPIs results. This position is aligned with the needs of the business to address the most important issues with the highest impact on the organization.
