Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and be proficient in various accounting software.

Duties:
- Perform full cycle bookkeeping tasks, including recording financial transactions, debits, and credits
- Maintain accurate and organized general ledger accounts
- Reconcile bank statements and balance sheet accounts
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Manage accounts receivable, including invoicing clients and following up on payments
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial data
- Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices in bookkeeping

Skills:
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports
- Solid understanding of balance sheet reconciliation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for financial report writing
- Familiarity with budgeting processes and creating financial forecasts
- Experience in accounts receivable management
