Full Charge Bookkeeper/Accountant

Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting for this senior position. Must be comfortable owning the full cycle of managing month-end and year end closings. Day to day banking operations, and light human resourcing.

Must haves:

Recording & organizing payroll time sheets.

Must understand chart of accounts and how to utilize these charts.

Daily banking, data entry, and accounts payable experience

Clear understanding of journal entries through Balance sheet & Income Statements.

Multiple state sales & use tax returns

Proficient in Word, Excel & Outlook.

Must have computer skills with knowledge of banking and software programs.

Able to produce reports that including Balance sheets, & Income Statements.

Receiving of payments in a variety of forms and handling.

Handling disbursements, expense vouchers, & receipts

Checking for accuracy in figures and calculations.

Experienced in working with CPA firms

Oversee 401k for the company as a trustee.

Responsible for Quarterly and annual reports

Nice to have:

Degree in accounting

Experience in working with overseas companies.

Experience on Jobboss or similar software

Light Human resources including payroll deductions for health care and other benefits.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
