Job Details
Conract : W2 only
Use development technology and development experience analyze the issue from different application logic and validate with business ask for each issue.
- Create the result either defect, possible design gap, training issue etc.
- Developed tools and utility through these technical skills to find the recurring issue and report the issue.
- Also fix the issue by calling client API through scripting and make it automated process.
- PM team lead and execute the full life cycle of PM tickets.
- PM is responsible for managing the life cycle of all problems
- Help to prevent problems and resulting same incidents happening again
- Help to eliminate/reduce recurring incidents
- Diagnose and determine the resolution of the incidents
- Maintains information about problems, resolutions, and workaround.
- Document known errors and articles (RCA) for future reference
- Continues improvement feedback to Development/solution/testing team
- Instant reporting/dashboard for current health of problem management
- Communicate the outcome of a problem
- Prioritizing the problem
Mandatory Skills:
- Python Scripting
- Unix/Linux
- Postgress DB, Cassandra, Oracle DB.
- AI Knowledge (Good to have)
