Position Overview: We are seeking an accomplished Property Management Regional Supervisor based in Atlanta, GA with a minimum of 10 years of experience in property management, specializing in multifamily communities. The ideal candidate will be an expert in Yardi and possess a proven track record of managing up to 5 communities, each with 300 units, across the Southeastern region. This is a leadership role responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and performance of our multifamily properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and lead property management operations for a portfolio of up to 7 communities in the Southeast, in the Myrtle Beach, Greenville, SC and Baton Rouge Areas.
• Ensure properties our Class A are well maintained to the highest standards and meet performance targets.
• Provide leadership and guidance and training to on-site property managers and staff.
• Monitor and manage budgets, financial performance, and operational efficiency.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.
• Collaborate with executive management to achieve company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of property management experience in multifamily real estate.
• Expertise in Yardi and Microsoft software.
• Proven track record of regional property management, overseeing properties with 300 units.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional financial and analytical abilities.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to travel within the Southeastern region as needed.
