Position and Responsibilities Overview

Analytically streamline processes, expect to improve supply chain operations through the use of lean enterprise practices, analyzes procurement metrics to enhance supply chain processes, inventory control, full life-cycle planning and forecasting to manage and support modular product and system sales.

• Recruit, develop and train a world-class, high-performance supply chain team.

• Use IT systems to coordinate and control stock levels, delivery times, transport costs and order cycles.
• Manage supply chain scheduling system to deliver materials to internal and external customer on time.
• Designs, implements and leads best-in-class supply chain processes
• Oversees technical and professional development of the supply chain team and function

• Lead in continual improvement, corrective action and customer satisfaction practices.
• Provide leadership in problem solving and troubleshooting of issues or problems.
• Create a team oriented working environment that fosters growth, accountability & fun.
• Provide clear leadership and vision, inspire and motivate the supply chain staff to achieve excellence.

• Compliance and implementation of all company policies and procedures
• Responsible for performance evaluations on all supply chain personnel.
• Responsible for advancing RKMC culture of Safety, Performance, Quality, Communication, Development, Teamwork and Trust
• Responsible for tracking and reporting on Supply Chain Metrics.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills and work ethic to enable the creation of a highly capable supply chain operation.
• Proven ability to effectively lead, supervise, hire, develop, and mentor talented supply chain resources
• Experience in off-site manufacturing or modular environments
• Demonstrated success in change management, problem solving, and solution development.
• Action-oriented and innovative in leading the supply chain functions
• Skilled in supply chain processes of modular or off-site manufacturing businesses
• Knowledgeable in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma process improvements
• Demonstrates a high level of ethical behavior in exercising judgment and discretion in matters of significance
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to negotiate and influence
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with employees and customers.
• Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to optimize team performance
• Strong and confident negotiator with the ability to negotiate at all levels
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, influencing, and problem solving skills
• Experience and technical understanding of data centers, data center modules, and modular processes.
• Minimum5 yearsofprogressiveexperienceinSupplyChainManagement:InventoryControl,Planning, andForecasting
• Minimum 2 years experience of managing Buyers and Procurementstaff
• Knowledge of general manufacturing operations, planning theories and schedulingprinciples
• Familiar with continuous improvement methods (e.g. pull systems, process mapping,JIT)
• Able to work with complex BOMstructures
• High degree of experience in data mining and reportbuilding
• Ability to research, collect and analyzedata
• Able to conduct inventory analyses and risk assessments on supply trends and demandfactors
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced and demanding manufacturingenvironment
• Well organized, detail oriented with strong follow-upskills
• Hands-on, self-motivated, self-starter with a strong work ethic and interpersonalskills
• Strong written, verbal, collaboration and negotiationskills
• Ability to successfully work with cross-functionalteams
• Advanced understanding and use of Microsoft Excelrequired
• VISTA/VIEWPOINT/ERP software use and implementation experience a plus
