Position and Responsibilities Overview

The Program Manager oversees and coordinates different related projects in the company to ensure they benefit one another and meet business goals. The main duties include organizing various programs and activities to improve company efficiencies, building long-term goals for company projects and developing program and project budgets.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Develop program roadmaps, including project timelines, budget, and resource allocation, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee the implementation of the program by coordinating with project managers and team members, ensure that deliverables are completed on time and within budget
• Track the progress of programs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure that they meet objectives.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to build relationships, gather feedback, and communicate program progress.
• Evaluate the success of programs by analyzing data, conducting surveys, and gathering feedback from stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management over the progress of programs, including budget, schedule, and quality metrics.
• Planning and designing programs and proactively monitoring their progress, resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action.
• Develop evaluation methods to assess program strengths and identify areas for improvement.
• Write program funding proposals to guarantee uninterrupted delivery of services.
• Manage a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities.
• Ensure goals are met in areas including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.
• Implement and manage changes and interventions to ensure project goals are achieved.
• Produce accurate and timely reports of program statuses throughout their life cycle.
• Work on strategy with marketing team.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in program management, project management, or a related field.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Knowledge of budgeting, resource allocation, and risk management.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

RK Mechanical employees and subcontractors are required to implement and maintain all safety and health systems practices including the training requirements of RK Mechanical Orientation, shop specific orientation, CPR/First Aid/AED/Bloodborne Pathogens, Hazard Identification and Reporting, and OSHA 10.

Minimum Physical Requirements

• Climb, balance, squat, kneel and crouch.
• Must have working knowledge of all trade materials and tools.
• Ability to lift, move, and/or carry 50 lbs. occasionally.
