Job description:
We are looking for sales driven individuals to knock doors in residential neighborhoods where hail has fallen. We are hiring now for full time positions in the Storm Damage Restoration field. We offer full benefits, base salary, company vehicle, company cell phone, company computer, and a full training program to help you get started! Highly motivated salesman in this industry make well over 6 figures. Must be able to walk on roofs, communicate very well, and not be afraid of knocking doors and making lots of sales calls. Customer service is very important as we strive to have second to none customer satisfaction, and a good customer experience. We are an ever growing company, and being able to travel is also a must. For travel, we cover room and board, as well as out of town pay. Experience is a plus, however not required as we have paid training!
Typical duties and responsibilities:
· Cultivates, manages customer relationships and follows up on leads
· Documents and creates scope of work to be done on a homeowner's property
· Meets with insurance adjusters
· Communicate with finance department to supplement claims
· Follows projects from start to finish
· Educates homeowners on the insurance claims process when applicable
· Assists finance and production departments as needed
· Market Door-to-Door with prospective clients
· Network with professionals in your area
· Inspect home exteriors and interiors to identify damage and repairs needed
· Work with insurance adjusters
· Read and comprehend insurance and construction documents.
· Positive, friendly demeanor
· Dependable and reliable
· Effectively manage your time
· Ability to deal with rejection
· Ability to lift 50 pounds
Job Requirements:
Candidates must present themselves well, possess a clean driving record, and pass a background check and drug screen. We are looking for someone with great communication skills. Sales and/or construction experience is great, but we will train the right candidate

· Base salary

· Average reps earn 60K per year, exceptional reps will make 150K '
