Pool Monitor is responsible for maintaining order in and around pool area. This is not a lifeguard position. Residents of the community and their guests swim at their own risk.

The pool monitor responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring the pool area is prepared for Residents and their guests.
• Enforces rules and regulations pertaining to pool and swimming activities.
• Controlling access at the entrance points and recording pool usage.
• Enforcing rules regarding pool parties to ensure the safety of Residents and guests and to ensure violations of pool party rules do not interfere with the ability of other Residents and their guests to enjoy the pool.
• Enforcing pool rules involving safety and decorum in so far as this duty does not interfere with other duties.
• Ensuring the pool area is prepared at night for use the following morning and closing the pool facility.
• Inspects condition of all rescue equipment including buoys, floats, ropes, medical supplies and other safety equipment.
• May also handle minor maintenance and custodial duties. Work is performed under various weather.
• Applicants must be available to work weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled.
• Other Duties as assigned by the Club Manager
