Rivkin Radler LLP is seeking a Trusts and Estates administration paralegal with at least five years of experience for its Uniondale office. The candidate will work closely with clients, attorneys, paralegals, and accountants. The candidate should have excellent communication, organizational, and computer skills, including Excel. Paralegal Certification from an ABA-approved program is a plus. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: All phases of trusts and estates administration. Strong knowledge of Surrogate’s Court rules and procedures (e.g., probate, administration, accounting proceedings) is essential. Familiarity with preparing estate tax returns is preferable. We are looking for a true team player who takes initiative and ownership of work product and pride in maintaining client relationships. Hybrid Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am – 5pm, with the flexibility to work overtime when needed Minimum 3 days a week in office 2 days a week remotely Congenial fast-paced environment, we offer competitive salary and benefits.
