Job Description:
As a Concierge, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of service and care from the moment they enter our facility. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting patients with warmth and professionalism as they arrive .
• Answering phones and responding to inquiries
• Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless coordination and communication across departments.
• Flexible personality willing to step in and be a team player where needed. Hours of operation 8a-4:30p

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service or patient care role, preferably in a medical environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software and social media platforms.
• Ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
• A passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of patient care.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.13 - $15.50 per hour
