Lead Front Desk Receptionist is a full-time Monday – Friday 7am-3:15pm position . The individual (s) filling this position shall serve as the receptionist to the facility and primary administrative and clerical support person for the Office Manager and Executive Director as well as assisting with Department Heads needs and shall respond to the resident emergencies within the independent section of the facility. Must pass a Criminal Background Check; drug screening upon request. Must possess good physical and mental health, a pleasant, friendly, and patient attitude, and a sincere desire to work with seniors. The established dress code is business attire of suits, slacks, dress shirt, with or without tie, skirts, sweaters, blouses, pants suits, and a name badge. Must be well groomed, tidy, and professional in appearance at all times in accordance with the established dress code policy. This position requires being on call 24/7 for the front desk staff and communicating all issues and concerns with supervisor. All after-hours calls for staffing will be answered, responded to appropriately and maintain shift coverage for all shifts.
