Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The Treatment Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dental practice by managing patient treatment plans and coordinating appointments.

Responsibilities:
- Utilize dental software systems such as Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and eClinicalWorks to manage patient records and treatment plans effectively.
- Coordinate with patients to schedule appointments, follow-ups, and treatments.
- Provide administrative support at the front desk by answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and managing medical scheduling.
- Collaborate with the dental team to ensure accurate documentation of medical records.
- Assist in explaining treatment options, costs, and insurance coverage to patients.
- Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area for patients.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Treatment Coordinator or similar role in a medical office setting.
- Proficiency in using dental software systems like Dentrix, Eaglesoft, and eClinicalWorks.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures is preferred.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
