Job Summary:
Responsible for scheduling, billing, maintaining therapist/physician schedules and answering phones. Greets & assists clients and therapists. Responsible for completing initial paperwork. Good knowledge of general office practices, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Demonstrates a positive outlook and a respectful manner toward clients, staff, coworkers, and visitors.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School/GED
