Job Summary: Responsible for managing, directing and supervising nursing and direct care personnel, including hiring, scheduling, budgetary issues and training.
Plans and coordinates the nursing services in conjunction with medical and administrative systems. 
Participates as a member of the management team in planning, policy formation and administrative duties
Assists in reviewing the quality assurance activities of the hospital and making recommendations for improvements on an on-going basis. 
Responsible for development of goals within the nursing services department, as well as assisting in the goal attainment of the organization.

Minimum Qualifications:
BSN, MSN preferred. Equivalent experience may substitute for MSN.
Valid KY RN license.
5 years nursing experience. 2 years nursing management experience preferred.Location ID - Hospital
Relocation is not offered, some travel required
